There are 58 different characters that you will acquire throughout your journey.  [[Mike Whelan]] and [[Tico James]] are first two characters you will obtain, but you will obtain the rest by being rewarded [[XP]] for the missing character through various [[:Category:Events|Events]], building up enough [[Fame]], or as rewards for various events such as [[Ranking Season]].

Your mission is to level up your characters to as high as a level as possible so that you can win special [[Patches and Pins]] in special Events.  Luckily, every event is also designed with the sole purpose of leveling up your characters.

==Types of Characters==

|Common Characters will possess common strength and the ability to cause an average amount of damage.

|Rare Characters aren't as common as Common Characters but possess a higher amount of strength and the ability to cause more damage than a Common Character.

|Epic Characters are the rarest of them all, and they boast the highest amount of strength.  They can also cause much more damage than either a Common or Rare Character.

==Accessing the Character menu==
[[File:Accessing-the-menu-01.png|thumb|It's the icon in the bottom right]] In the bottom right of your District [[Map]], directly above the [[Category:Events|Battle]] icon you will find the one to access the Character Menu.  Clicking on it will take you to a list of all 58 characters, listed 10 at a time.  You will receive a notification icon with a red number on it occasionally.  This will tell you how many characters you need to train, are training, need to heal, are healing, or who have [[XP]] needing to be applied.

==The Character menu==
[[File:The-character-menu-01.png|thumb|left]]You will need to access your characters so that you can train them, heal them after battle if you had previously forgotten, to apply XP received as a reward, or upgrade their [[Weapons]].  Use the arrow in the bottom left or right to scroll between the various pages.  You can also swipe to the left or right to achieve the same effect.  You will also need to access your character menu when you have a character needing to be unlocked.  Try to unlock them all!

==Exclusive characters==
There is one exclusive character, which can only be purchased in a Starter Bundle from your [[Shop|Dealer]].  He can only be purchased once and will no longer be available in future bundle purchases.
