XP stands for Experience Points, and you will need a lot in Last Outlaws.
Obtaining
You will receive XP after battle, and it is required to level up your Characters.
Heist
You can receive a lot of XP by performing a Heist, and several times you will encounter the option to get rewarded by XP for an active character, and one you have yet to unlock.
