You will start the game with a fast paced Tutorial provided by Mike Whelan. With his help, you will instantly learn the basics of gameplay from start to finish.
The Tutorial is fairly quick and you cannot replay it, but you can find it in its entirety here.

You're finally released after spending quite a time in prison.
Unfortunately all your reputation and wealth as a powerful MC President in San Verde is gone and we need to start again from scratch.
Your buddy Mike will help you.
Your first goal will be to get a crew and build your district.
