Item Type Reward

Meds are used to heal your Characters in Last Outlaws, and you will need a lot of it throughout your journey.

Usage

You will use Meds to heal your Characters (in addition to Cash).

Obtaining

You will occasionally win Meds after Battles. You can also occasionally win them during a Heist. During some Heists, a question mark box which costs Meds to select will usually reward you with a much larger quantity of Meds. For example, a box which costs 3000 will sometimes give you 13000 in return, making it a very wise selection.

Producers

Your District contains a Building named St. Seal Hospital which will generate Meds at regular intervals. The higher the level of your Hospital, the more Meds it will generate.

Note:

I am not currently at Level 40 so I cannot confirm the amount of Meds produced. The table will be amended once accurate information is acquired.

Purchasing

Meds can be purchased as a resource bundle in the shop. You can buy it in a small, medium, or large package, or as part of a larger bundle.

Storing

You can only store a limited amount of Meds, unless you upgrade your Camper.

Healing your Characters

You must use Meds in order to head your Characters, but the higher the level of your Doctor, the quicker your Characters will heal.

Warning:

You must heal after every battle, so certain events such as Conquest and Domination will require you to use a lot more Meds than you may realize, requiring a constant supply to replace them.
